Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking leaders to be “Openers-in-Residence.” We intend to bring on 6-12 “Openers-in-Residence” who are leading open system work in the field in their organizations, in local communities and who will shape the future of open system work. These are leaders who are already conducting highly effective co-creation and co-production across contexts, build knowledge alongside other leaders and lead the field into new opportunities to move beyond closed system behavior.
Commitment to Co-Creation
Co-Creation and Co-Production are at the heart of open system work and also the residency. As we launch the residency, we will be asking residents to commit 2 hours in June (June 23) and 2 hours in July (June 28th) to help us design and build the residency.
